A very well-written book, with chapters being split between Cody telling his story as manager, Martin Breheny providing background information on Cody's time with Kilkenny and Cody's diary in the year that 4 in a row was completed. Ultimately though, a well-written book can't make up for a boring subject, and as good as Cody and his Kilkenny team are, they aren't exciting in the least

Brian Cody [Irish: Brian Mac Óda] (born on 12 July 1954 in Sheestown, County Kilkenny) is an Irish hurling manager and former player, currently managing the Kilkenny senior inter-county team, where he has been in charge since 1998.
