Being a Strictly fan, this book was an obvious choice for the Christmas wish list. I picked it up on Boxing Day and finished it the next day, partly because it's a really easy read and partly because Lisa's story is just so engrossing. Never having been a soap fan, I knew nothing about Lisa Riley before Strictly, but I loved watching her in the series and again on tour and in Strictly Confidential.

I remembered Lisa in Emmerdale and Fat Friends but really feel in love with her personality when she was on strictly.
What can I say, I LOVED this book she made me laugh out loud and cry along with her in places.
This is definitely a read I would recommend to anyone even if you aren't familiar with who Miss Riley is.

Very honest insight into Lisa's life. She does not pretend to be perfect and acknowledges her past mistakes, therefore she can be considered (in my opinion) a good role model for young people.
Fantastic read, from her beginning to strictly. All highs and lows and how we can all achieve it, especially with a loving family to support you. Loved it.
This young lady certainly opens her heart and sole in this book. Please read it and you will see the fantastic person that is Lisa-Jane Riley.
Quite enjoyed this one. Don't watch Emmerdale Farm so only read it because of the Strictly connection. You see a different side to her in this book - quite moving in places.
