One of the best boxings I have read. Humble, straight talking, old school heavyweight boxer Henry cooper. The book talks about his youth and the blitzkrieg and growing up with his twin and older brother and close family. His father was a father and his grand father was well known for fighting also. There are some excellent fighting tips in this book which are well worth reading for anyone who actually fights. The detail in the fights is interesting. Henry fought Muhammad Ali twice and knocked him down with a left hook once also which really had Ali shook up at the time. He came across as a lovely lovely approachable guy. Brilliant book and only a few hundred pages so you can finish it off in a day if you have the time.
