The odyssey of Leslie Alexander Lacy, product of a 'respectable' Louisiana childhood, whose gradual involvement in West Coast militant movements and travel to Africa brings him to some sweetly reasonable and sourly realistic conclusions regarding black revolution.
Good read.
Not very well written, but the Lacy is effective in the way he paints an image of his time.
The book moves very slowly and is a little erratic in the way it flows, but the story is worth the struggle.
Overall, I would recommend this book to a few friends, I guess.
