I'd send you my copy but it's water damaged...One of those books I wanted to review for sentimental reasons (I did find it fascinating) before I chuck it. Written in the 70's it would be pretty hard to find. Warning, I still remember reading this with a gaping mouth, not lying about the ego-maniac bit, he's also a raving sexist, burned through 5 trophy wives, be prepared to hate him. Bottomline, if you run across it at a garage sale, grab it - I wouldn't bother searching for it, just saying:)

LOL on the 95K for a stubbed toe. Interesting side note. As a lawyer, I can speak to tort reform in the US. If you live in my state and let's say an 18 wheeler truck negligently crashes into your car and renders you you a quadriplegic. If there is enough insurance, you will receive your medical costs + cost of care for somebody to change your diaper + a maximum of $250,000 for your pain and suffering. Point: $250,000 is all you would get over your projected expenses for the loss of all your limbs and ability to move. I mention this to illustrate that the pendulum has swung drastically in the other direction, and most US citizens are unaware of it--until they are seriously injured. Of course, I cannot speak to the system in Canada as you would know better than I.
