Not bad but Jackson paints a very sparse picture of the Toronto scene. The book seems very much all about Jackson and various ancedotes about painting trips he took. I had hoped to read a little more about the various people (Group and non-Group) that Jackson interacted with during the course of his life. Still it short and is worth a read.
