Simon Garner (BA, MA, Barrister at Law) studied English Literature and Philosophy in London and Sussex. He worked as an English teacher in Germany before returning to London to train as a barrister. He is a passionate advocate of urban living, he regards the café as the second highest achievement of civilization (after the Routemaster bus). He lives in London and is addicted to caffeine.
