There are some nice behind-the-scenes anectodes from the footballing world but I really wouldn't trust everything that is said in this book.
You can read between the lines that Bobby Robson might not be the genius he is touted as and could have just been in the right place at the right time. Every time his team succeeds it is directly because of his brilliance and every failure is because of someone else, like corrupt referees. Quite honestly my all time favourite football book. Many interesting stories from Sir Bobby's various clubs all over Europe. A must read for any football fan.
