Jeff
An excellent story sharing the life of a New York City real estate developer. Bill shares the highs and the lows of the risky business of developing multi million dollar real estate projects in the big apple.
Jason
A great book from a truly strategic thinker. Very interesting to see how Zeckendorf's career developed and how he was able to pull various parties together to make a deal happen. It's also a window into a very interesting and bygone era of history. Such a shame that it is now out of print and difficult to find.
